Q: Is Lopaz just for looking after someone else?
A: Not at all - Lopaz works just as well for checking your own pills as it does for checking in on someone else's.
Q: Does it need Wi-Fi?
A: Yes the product requires Wi-Fi for setup and for its remote functionality.
Q: Do I need the app to use it?
A: Yes - the app is required to set the product up once it's connected to Wi-Fi. However once set up, on-product reminders can be used as well.
Q: How long does the battery last?
A: The product is plugged into a socket so there will never be a need to charge the product or change its batteries.
Q: What does the pillbox actually sense?
A: Lopaz can tell whether a compartment is empty or not. It cannot tell if only some of the pills have been taken.
